It has been reported that Xbox One X sold more than 80,000 units in the UK during the first seven days on the market.
This means that the Xbox One X’s first-week sales right now equals the first-week Nintendo Switch had. We also know that it passed the launch-week that PS4 Pro had in the UK, with only 50,000 units during its first week. For PS4 Pro to get to the number that Xbox One X had, it needed circa four weeks.
This is an excellent start for a console that is fairly new on the market, also considering that the new PS4 Pro bundle was launched in the UK. We can say that the following is a not-so-coincidentally: The same week Xbox One X released, Sony released the Only on PS bundle, which has a PS4 Pro and many PS4 exclusive releases: Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Gran Turismo Sport, Wipeout Omega Collection, Horizon: Zero Dawn, and Horizon’s new DLC expansion, The Frozen Wilds. The bundle is on the market for $499.99, which happens to be the price of Xbox One X by itself.
Huge thanks to everyone for their support ofOne X. Great initial results not just in UK, but seeing similar results across Europe. NA much bigger, amazing first week!

The Xbox executive Aaron Greenberg stated on Twitter that the console is having similar results in Europe, and the numbers in North America are quite big. Nothing was hinted about what the number is, but at, Xbox One X stock was nearly sold out.
